From working with the likes of former Chiltern Firehouse chef Jarad McCarroll at M Threadneedle Street, to impressing Michelin star chefs Claude Bosi and Ollie Dabbous, George Kataras has certainly earned his chef’s hat.

Dubbed by Bosi as 'hugely impressive', Kataras recently won the UK and Ireland leg of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 award. Exciting the panel including Ross Lewis and JP McMahon with his award winning dish, Kataras is now set to join 20 international finalists in Milan later this year to battle it out for the world number one crown.
